May 2020: Automatic pallet circulation system just commissioned in Poland

Just tested by our engineers in Poland a pallet circulation plant for manufacturing concrete walls and slabs, implemented with laser-projector, a “helycopter type” trowelling machine and automatic concrete distributor of 2,0 m3 capacity, especially designed by Olmet Italy srl.

The installation is extremely flexible and allows to manufacture different types of elements, including double-walls. Indeed, the system includes a tilting station to manufacture them.

Moreover, the new generation laser project makes it possible to place the casting separators with maximum accuracy and speed without time-consuming and labour-consuming operations.

The installation has a capacity of about 800 sq.mt. of concrete elements per day.
