Latest plant installed in Russia by OLMET ITALY (June 2017)

OLMET ITALY: It has been successfully started-up in the Kursk region (Russia) a new automatic installation for manufacturing concrete wall panels and beams, including auxiliary machines and the advanced “Multivar” magnetic system.

The installation is customized in accordance with the Customer’s requirements and includes:

–             SET OF TILTING TABLES – DIM. 3 X 8 MT. with hydraulic handling system, complete with:

  • built-in curing installation with pipes connected in a closed circuit and insulation provided by high density material insulating panels;
  • electrical vibrating installation, remote-controlled, with inverter;
  • adjustable steel/plywood shutters (H 100-400 mm.)
  • “MULTIVAR” MAGNETIC FIXING SYSTEM;

–             CONCRETE DISTRIBUTING MACHINE OF 2 m3 capacity, half-gantry type, with no.8 independent outpouring gates, with vibrating smoothing bar, radio-controlled.

–             CONCRETE TROWELING MACHINE WITH 4 BLADES, half-gantry type, (11,5 mt. span), for perfectly polishing the panel surface, radio-controlled;

–             BATTERY FORMWORK FOR BEAMS with 32 casting cavities, with electrical vibrating installation and closed-circuit type curing installation.
